What does a reversed card mean?
Here, a reversal invites an inward, delayed, or rebalanced expression of a card. It is not automatically negative. With reversals enabled, each selected card has a 30% chance of being reversed.
How is a reading created?
Your cards are shuffled in this browser. With your permission, your question and selected cards are sent to the reading service, which asks an AI model to interpret the whole spread. Coherence checks screen for repeated language, missing cards, and obvious domain mismatches. AI reflections can still be mistaken; keep what is useful and leave what does not fit.
Is the five-card spread a Celtic Cross?
No. Shadow & Breakthrough is a custom five-position reflective spread. The traditional Celtic Cross uses ten cards. This version focuses on the present self, a possible shadow, the root, a resource, and a constructive next step.
